Ally Locate is a simple, text-to-locate service that lets you know exactly where your loved one is at all times. Simply send a text message to the designated phone number and a Google Maps link will appear, showing where your loved one is located.

There is a replacement fee of $10 for the Mobile Ally ($300 without the Protection Plan). This fee includes the delivery of the replacement device. You must wait 60 days after purchase before requesting a replacement. Limit one replacement per 12-month period.
