What kind of training do HelpButton Care Specialists receive?
Answer:
All HelpButton personnel begin their education process with 160 hours of formal classroom training with mandatory examinations given at the end of each 40-hour segment. This 160 hour period is followed by an additional 80 hours of classroom / practical application training under the guidance of our in-house trainers.
Following this initial six-week (240 hour) period, our personnel are given performance reviews on a weekly basis for the first 3 months. Reviews are then conducted on a 6-month schedule with ongoing training programs designed for educational and professional growth. This is by far the most comprehensive program in the industry and has been duplicated by other facilities.
